Phone Orders – Important Information
During our busy season, our phone lines may become very busy, and we cannot guarantee that every call will be answered immediately.
We are very grateful to now serve over 300 customers, with more than half of our customers already placing their orders online. Because inventory is updated in real time and online orders can be placed at any time, we cannot guarantee inventory availability for phone orders until the order has actually been confirmed and placed.
Many customers call to check stock and pricing first, then contact their own customer before calling us back to place the order. Please keep in mind that during this time, the same inventory may be purchased by another customer online. Checking availability by phone does not reserve or hold the inventory.
Please also note the following regarding phone orders:
Office hours: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Phone orders are available during office hours only.
We do not accept phone orders on Saturdays. The Scarborough warehouse operates Saturday from 10:00 AM–6:00 PM for online orders and delivery only.
Kitchener warehouse: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Weekend & holidays: Closed.
Customers are responsible for confirming the tire size, quantity, and other order details when placing an order by phone. UAD cannot be responsible for incorrect sizes, quantities, or other information provided during a phone order.
If a second delivery is required due to incorrect information provided when placing the original phone order, an additional delivery fee may apply.
If a tire size is not available on our online system, calling the office will not provide access to additional inventory. Our online inventory reflects the stock currently available for ordering.
Phone orders are generally excluded from season-end sales, online promotions, and other special promotional pricing, unless otherwise specified.
For the fastest service, the most accurate inventory availability, and access to applicable online promotions, we strongly recommend placing your orders directly through our online ordering system.
